Aside from wresting a sure-win Senate seat from the Democrats and gifting them a sure-win Senate seat, the other bit of joy in Christine O'Donnell's upset victory over Mike Castle this week in the Delaware primary was Karl Rove's smackdown of the deadbeat wingnut, who he correctly portrayed as having character problems.
But Rove, Dubya's political mentor and longtime consigliere, to use the Italian term, has never had what those people call cojones, and so it only took a few hours of bashing by Faux News mouthpieces before he was drinking the O'Donnell Kool-Aid . . . on Faux News, of course.
