Shaun Mullen was born to blog. It just took a few years for the medium to catch up to the messenger. The biggest marketeers were the USA, China and Russia. We used proxies to push foreign policy and gave them nuclear secrets as a bonus. Could India or Pakistan build a nuke without outside help, I think not.
