GOP: Really Lost In That Wilderness

Here's a real eye opener as the Republican Party stumbles around in the post-Election Day wilderness with nary a clue as to how to get out: If the GOP cannot attract more Hispanics and other minorities and reverse Democratic inroads among well-educated whites, it will be a heck of a while before it wins another presidential election.
Veteran political analyst Ron Brownstein massages the numbers to make a compelling case for that shocker, while blogger Booman piles on by noting that while voter preferences are not static, the GOP can not survive in a recognizable form and certainly not survive so long as wingnuts like Hannity, Limbaugh and Coulter claim to speak for mainstream Republicanism.
