Homer (1992-2006)

Goldies that I have known and loved -- and miss.

Homer, a four-legged friend of my acquaintance, has passed on at age 14. (That's him in the bed of the blue pickup truck in the middle right of the photo montage.)

Homer, who was rescued from a puppy mill and had an inauspicious start to life, was one of the few long-term survivors mentioned in my article on What's Happening to Our Golden Retrievers?
