Kiko's House posed that question, albeit facetiously, back on Dec. 7 when it reported that the Ford Motor Company had bowed to an ultra conservative Christian group and announced that it was pulling ads from gay publications. The deal between the beleaguered automaker and wingnut American Family Association had been brokered by two company executives with impeccible right-wing credentials, both former Bush administration officials.
Well, sanity has prevailed in Dearborn. Not only has Ford resumed advertising in said publications, but the ads will now include the full range of company's products, including Volvo and Jaguar.
