Nearly seven years after the 9/11 attacks, not one of the approximately 775 terrorism suspects being held at the Guantánamo Bay branch of the Rumsfeld Gulag has faced a jury trial and it is unlikely than any 9/11 suspect will before the Bush administration ends. More here.
