Terrorism & Somalia: The One That Got Away

Somalia continues its backward march toward becoming a fullblown radical Islamist state.

That, at least, is the conventional wisdom, although I'm not sure that Sheik Hassan Dahir Aweys, the Al Qaeda-sponsored strongman, is any more capable of governing Somalia than his predecessors.
