This Is Not A Graphic Of Donald Trump's Hair
It is a New York Times graphic that is part of a hot-off-the-presses article predicting that Hillary Clinton has a 76 percent chance of winning and will win with a projected 347 electoral votes. I'm comfortable with that because it agrees with my math and reflects the outer limits of Trump's popularity, which already has been reached. In wonk speak, the article states that Clinton has 945 ways to win, while Trump has a mere 72 ways, although all roads to the White House go through Florida, where Clinton has a small lead in most polls.
I will say for the umpteenth time that while the current hysteria is understandable, the electoral playing field will level off by Labor Day and Herr Donald will be looking out at the world from the bottom of a deep hole.
Even the conservative National Review concedes that Trump probably is toast, wondering in one story whether George W. Bush is "the last Republican president."
