Turns out that having no Republican health-care reform plan may have been better than having one.
The Congressional Budget Office slices and dices the GOP plan, as it did the Democratic plan, and finds that the Dems' plan covers 12 times as many people and saves $36 billion more than the Repub's plan.
The plan, of course, has no chance of being adopted, but if it did almost as many Americans would be denied access to health care than are today.
