My friend Frank at From Pine View Farm doesn't like it when folks make jokes about the South just because it's the South, but he adds that "sometimes the South just asks for it." Case at hand is the Alabama Supreme Court upholding that state's ban on the sale of sex toys because such items are morally offensive.
The 7-2 decision does have a qualifier: People have the right to use them in private, but they can't be publicly distributed. Love Stuff, a store located a Birmingham suburb, believes that the ban is unconstitutional and may appeal to the Supreme Court.
