I will never forget how my friends and I felt after seeing The Empire Strikes Back on Memorial Day weekend in 1977: So exhilarated that after leaving the theater we turned around and saw it all over again.
Alas, this once fresh intergallactic soap opera ends not with a bang, but a whimper with The Clone Wars, a TV cartoon series geared to sixth graders.
