If ever a president qualified for impeachment, it is The Decider. But I oppose impeachment for the simple reason that it would be an enormous distraction at a time when Congress has much better things to do than pull feathers off a lame duck.History will be the ultimate judge of The Decider's presidency, and the verdict will be harsh.
