As someone who works in a major university library, is a bibliophile and devours books at the rate of about 50 or so a year, I await with avid interest the annual unveiling of the American Library Association's banned book list.
This year's list includes some real lulus with And Tango Makes Three, an award-winning children's book at the top after five years on the list.
The book tells the true story of two male emperor penguins hatching and parenting a baby chick at New York's Central Park Zoo, which explains the dozens of attempts to remove it from school and public library shelves because its foes believe it as unsuitable because they believe that it advocates homosexuality.
