GM is now officially out of bankruptcy after a mere 40 days and CEO Fritz Henderson pledges to design, build and sell the best vehicles in the world, something that the company had long ago forgotten how to do. So much for the easy part.
Meanwhile, Congress is hard at work trying to undermine what's left of GM and Chrysler by demanding that they reinstate all of those marginal dealerships that they closed.
