The hysteria over ObamaCare has reached Nightmare on Elm Street proportions, and wouldn't ya know that it has less to do with whether Uncle Leo will be able to stay at Happy Acres until he cacks than the proposed surtax on the wealthiest Americans to pay for the damned thing.
Which prompts one blogger to suggest that we don't have to tax the rich and just ought to stop giving them stuff.
