While squirrels are pretty much rats with bushy tales in my book and one of my goals in life has been to find bird feeders that they are unable to climb onto and trash, the British take them much more seriously. So seriously that they are blaming American black squirrels for decimating their precious red squirrels because of their aggressive, which is to say Yankee, behavior. And if that wasn't bad enough, we've also given them a recession.
