Saddam Failed But A Bomber Succeeds

Kirkuk once was a special place in Iraq, but then the civil war spawned by the U.S. invasion and occupation spread from Baghdad and it too became caught up in sectarian hatred. Now 50 people have been murdered and over 100 wounded in a suicide bombing at a restaurant where Arab and Kurdish leaders were meeting to discuss their differences.
