While breast implants are not a crime against humanity, as I guy I find them really offensive unless they are used for post-surgical reconstruction. In other words, anything other than vanity.

My cred on this issue is diminished because I'm a guy, albeit one who was going bald in high school but never have been interested in wigs or hair transplants. But I am apparently in the minority when it comes to -- let's call them what they are -- fake tits, as is journalist Buzz McLain, who couldn't interest any male-oriented mainstream publications in an article about how offensive and sometimes dangerous they are.

As one editor wrote in rejecting the article, "Good luck placing that puppy."
