Through thick and thin, through "good" wars and bad, there have been no allies of the U.S. more ferociously committed to seeing the casus belli through until the last man is left standing – and none more overlooked by Americans – than And so the Dear Friend & Conscience (who is from Oz) and I take a moment each Anzac Day to tip our hats to our Aussie and Kiwi family and friends, as well as the dear departed who made the ultimate sacrifice.
