Accused war criminal Radovan Karadzic, the former Serbian politico and one of the most wanted men in the world, apparently was recently sighted in Panama, leading to a mad scramble and a raid on the homes of his son and daughter by NATO troops in Bosnia-Herzegovina.No Karadzic, only more frustration, as authorities race the clock to capture him before the mandate of a war crimes tribunal expires n 2010.Karadzic has been one the run since 1995 on war crimes charges involving the murders and rapes of thousands of Muslim civilians and the shelling of the city of Sarajevo.
