Music IV: The Bengay Generation Rocks

Thanks in part to his hit TV show, Ozzy Osbourne remains a rock 'n'roll giant and his 11th annual Ozzfest tour, which kicks of this week, will earn him an estimated $20 million.

In 1971, Osbourne prophetically declared himself the "Iron Man," but he finally is confronting an uncomfortable reality: Rust.
So are other rockers who are touring this summer: The aforementioned Bruce Springsteen is 56. Tom Petty is 55, Jimmy Buffett 59, Eric Clapton and Pete Townshend both 61, while Madonna is a mere babe in the woods at 47.

They have plenty of company. Six of the 10 highest-grossing tours last summer starred artists in their late 50's or 60's, among them the Rolling Stones, Paul McCartney, Elton John and the Eagles.
Go here for a look at the Bengay Generation phenomenon.
