Federal Judge Leonie M. Brinkema decided this afternoon to allow the Zacarias Moussaoui sentencing trial to proceed, but without the key testimony of prosecution-coached witnesses, thereby potentially scuttling the government's case against the so-called 20th 9/11 hijacker.
